The Famous Rainbow Recipe Book, cookbook with eighty-eight recipes from British celebrities (see list), compiled by Tony Head and Sarah Fisher to benefit the Rainbow Centre, "in celebration of the life of Erin Palmer Lund." Ashgrove Press, ISBN 1-85398-076-5, 1995, paperback, 128 pages.

Description (from book): "Erin Palmer Lund died on 15th June 1994. She was three years old and had been fighting cancer for two years. Shortly after Erin's cancer was diagnosed, her mother, Cynthia, was put in contact with families faced with the prospect of losing a child. The Centre offers Counselling, Homoeopathy, Aromatherapy, and much needed support but as a charitable organisation is desperately under-funded. In Erin's memory we are assisting the Rainbow Centre with its fundraising, so that it can continue with its vital work. Erin has changed our lives. Please help us to help others by keeping The Rainbow Centre open. -- Tony Head and Sarah Fisher."

"Little Erin Palmer Lund died from brain cancer at the age of three. Erin and her mother Cynthia gained support from the Rainbow Centre, Bristol, which works with families faced with the prospect of losing a child. It offers counselling, aromatherapy, homeopathy, play therapy and advice not available on the NHS.
