Series Description: "Ian Hogg starred as tough, no-nonsense Det. Sgt. Alan Rockliffe whose job it was to train an eager bunch of plain-clothes PCs who make up the Crime Squad of Victor Tango Division into full-blown detectives. The squad consisted of Bill Champion, Brett Fancy, John Blakey, Joe McGann, Alphonsia Emmanuel, Martyn Ellis, and Susanna Shelling. The series was created by Richard O'Keeffe and produced by Leonard Lewis. Ian Hogg's Rockliffe later returned in Rockliffe's Folly (BBC-1, 1988) where, minus his Babies, he moved to the West Country to investigate rural crime. Ron Craddock produced."
